General

We are a club situated in Zonnebeke, with mostly members from the south of West-Vlaanderen.

Maybe you have already noticed, that the ZWVRAC has a big connection with Passendale,
that is a district of Zonnebeke where during the first world war has been a big battle between
the German and British / Canadian soldiers.
Every year we remeber that terrible event, during 100 days we set up a special memorial activity.

Of course, all our activities are dealing with amateur radio and electronics in general.
All over the world we have build up a friendship with other radio amateurs.

Our club is also a member of the VRA.
The abbreviation stands for 'Vlaamse Radio Amateurs'  and that is a national organisation.
